The road to normalizing therapy

The road to normalizing therapy

If you broke your arm, you’d see a doctor, right? Wouldn’t you do the same if your mental health was suffering? We all know that physical health is important to maintain, but so is mental health. Stigmas around receiving help for mental health struggles have made it difficult for many students, including those at Liberty, to seek the help they need.
