Woods club makes projects for a good cause

Originally, Woods club was created with the goal of designing and producing wooden lily-pad seats for local hospital rooms.
“Lily Pads sit at the foot of an IV at children’s hospitals and you can actually ride them… we thought about finding out what they like and then kind of paint them to that,” Woods supervisor Gary Mcintosh said.
This noble cause is not the only future activity. Those joining Woods club should expect to do other similar projects for the community, as well as possibly doing competitions in the future.
At the moment, only Woods students are allowed to join the club, but those wishing to join should stay posted for announcements.
