Schedule Change Awareness

The world around us is undergoing rapid change, and many don’t even realize it. By 2022, experts estimate that 12.5 percent of Liberty’s class periods will be gone. Many student-led efforts have tried and failed to prevent this dramatic shift, but at this point it is inevitable. 2020’s candidate has to have a plan to warn tomorrow’s citizens about the world they will live in. Many candidates have denied the possibility of schedule change, asserting “We had eight periods today, so where’s your schedule change now?” Schedule change deniers are everywhere, they’re dangerous, and the Issaquah School Board has them right in their pocket. Don’t trust them, and vote for someone who can face the facts.
