Album Review: Without Warning by 21 Savage

Brian Kim, Staff Writer

Released on Halloween, Without Warning by 21 Savage, Offset, and Metro Boomin’ combines deep bass with eerie melodies to create an ominous, monstrous album, fitting for Halloween. With horror movie references throughout the album, Offset creates a sinister feeling in each song and verse that he drops. The 808 bass couldn’t have been better either. Metro Boomin’ spins slower beats with heavy bass melodies that matches the blunt, threatening tone that 21 Savage takes on. The verses also match the horror theme. With lyrical references from   Freddy Krueger to Hurricane Irma, Without Warning creates the full bone-chilling, horror package that is appealing to anybody who listens to it.
