Patriot Players: something to be thankful for

Amanda Roberts, Feature Editor

As the holiday season is approaching and Thanksgiving is just around the corner, it makes me realize how many things there are to be thankful for. Though many of them may be small, nothing should ever go unnoticed.

This fall, the Patriot Players came out with their play, You Can’t Take it with you, as their selection of the fall play this year. As I sat through the hilarious play, it made me realize how lucky Liberty High School is to have such a great program to be a part of.

All throughout my years in middle school and high school, I have only seen and heard amazing things about the Drama department here at Liberty. It seems that every production they do it better than the last, and their hard work is evident in their amazing performances.

People from all around come to watch these productions, both people that have attended Liberty High School and some who have no affiliation with it at all.

The wide variety of genres that the Players perform attracts all different types of people. In the past, they have performed famous plays including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Wizard of Oz, and have done a fabulous job.

Every fall, winter, and spring students and teacher at Liberty all get excited to see the Patriot Players perform their amazing productions.

I am thankful for the Patriot Players because they all bring something unique to this school and give Liberty something to be proud of.
