Homemade granola

Use as a topping for low-fat greek yogurt with berries and honey for a healthy snack!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • ¼ cup chia or pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Spread on a pan and bake for 8-10 min
