Drink of the Nation

La Croix, Bubly, Spindrift: all brands of excellent sparkling water—and the equivalent of the elixir of life. The simple truth is, sparkling water is better than any other drink in terms of health and taste.

There is no comparison with sparkling water. Soda erodes your teeth and is extremely unhealthy. (La Croix, on the other hand, has 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 sodium, and 0 carbs.) Tap water is dull and often tastes bad, depending on your area. Sparkling water combines the taste and carbonation of soda with the benefits of normal water.

Not to mention, sparkling water comes with fun flavors like pamplemousse, lime, cherry, or pomegranate. Don’t like the flavor of fruit? Try any brand, and they’ll have the clean taste of water but with fun bubbles that make the experience that much better.

If you’d rather have normal water, you can just admit to yourself you live a sad, flavorless, bubble-less life. Sparkling water is essentially fun water—a crisper, bubblier way of hydrating yourself and a way to flex your superior taste.
