Random acts of kindness

Hallie Chen, Editor In Chief

Your Liberty sports bag may look pretty snazzy, but coupled with a fifty-pound backpack, bassoon, P.E. shoes, and a $6 lunch from the Patriot Pantry, you’re having a pretty hard time getting around campus. Lucky for you, the person in front of you has turned to hold the door, even though you’re still two hundred feet away. Whether it be through lending out a pencil to someone who is never going to give it back, or just greeting everyone with a cheerful smile, these Patriots amp up the school spirit day after day. There’s nothing worse than having all the papers in your binder fall out while climbing the stairs, but nothing better than the five people who stop to help you pick them up. Random acts of kindness are spontaneous, sweet, and we are always super thankful for them.
