Students in AP Biology carefully drop a yeast solution into calcium carbonate in order to complete their first major lab.  The lab allows students to test the effects of environmental factors on the function of an enzyme. “AP Biology allows us to investigate and explore the organisms around us,” junior Dhamanpreet Kaur said. “It’s a lot of fun.”
