Senior swimmer Mackenna Briggs and senior wrestler Conner Small sign National Letters of Intent to the University of San Diego and Arizona State University, respectively. The National Letter of Intent Signing Day was held on November 12, 2014, at high schools all across the nation. In exchange for formally committing to the schools of their choice, Briggs will receive a $40,000 annual scholarship to USD, and Small will receive a $14,000 annual scholarship to ASU. “I’m really excited about signing with USD. It’s a great place for me to continue to compete, and the academic opportunities are awesome there as well,” Briggs said.
