Ben Graham (10) won the State Athlete of the week award from the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA). He was one of 12 state athletes to win this award for his outstanding performance in three matches during the week of Sept. 8-13, with a cumulative score of six under par after all three matches. “He’s not only a good golfer, he’s just a great kid in general,” Liberty Golf Coach Jon Kinsley said. “[The golf team] is having our best season in the last eight years I have been coach.”
