Korean Culture Club helps students expand knowledge

What do K-Pop, art projects, and Tuesdays have in common? The Korean Culture Club (KCC)! This new club is a place to learn about South Korean culture and its impact on Americans, despite the ocean between the two countries. During meetings, the KCC discusses Korean music and entertainment while moving past the stereotypes surrounding Korea.
“I try to make every meeting enjoyable and a type of stress reliever from all the homework we get at school. A normal meeting consists of joking around, talking about hot topics in the media, a K-Pop group’s recent comeback, listening to music, doing art projects, and overall having fun,” club founder sophomore Katrina Nolan said.
