What’s good: Light at the end of the tunnel

Lillian Moore, Staff Writer

For all the days when you are sitting in class looking longingly out the window at the beautiful sunny outdoors, it is always good to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Liberty provides lots of space for students to sit outside during lunches and get that much needed sunshine. Even the short 30 minutes of lunch is enough time to turn student study vampires into humans again, as they soak up the rays of the world outside the dark indoors of classwork and homework.  The amazing spaces of seating outside allow us to decompress after a stressful morning and enjoy a tiny bit of the great outdoors during the day. If life gives you lemons, then you make lemonade and if Seattle gives you sunshine, then enjoy this moment of glory to its fullest. So next time you look outside and realize that it is brilliantly sunny, maybe you will eat lunch outdoors to enjoy one of the rare moments when it is not raining in Seattle.
